This is a bit of an up hill battle since some people think the electric cigarette is ridiculous! I showed this to a friend of mine at work and he just laughed. I wonder how popular something like this really is and how one gets the courage to use it in public?

I am close to getting one but I'm a bit scared of how it will be perceived. I guess you need a certain level of courage to first of all buy it, and second of all use it in public where people will stare. I don't want the extra attention but it's bound to happen.

Any suggestions?

I have gotten nothing but positive interest from people. I'm 19 and have been smoking since I was 17. People give me good feedback and my family is proud that I've taken a step towards quitting real cigs.

So far, Im cool with it and have not heard of any bad health problems from others so far.

I was at a club last week and was nearly kicked out due to the vapor. When I explained it was not a real cigarette, I was allowed to stay. Strange because it is not even the small cigarette model, it's the black pen type.

After the commotion, two girls came up to me and started asking questions. It worked out well!
